Are You Our Next Inside Sales Agent?

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will use your real estate and personal skills to reach out to our various sources of leads and schedule appointments for our listing agent and buyer’s agents.

Successful agents in this role expand their people skills and flourish while talking with clients and new contacts. This position allows you to use your confidence, knowledge, and charm to engage and convert contacts to closed leads. The perfect candidate should be able to juggle phone calls and turn these interactions into a face to face appointment.

This position will present an opportunity to become an important part of our fabulous team. We’re looking for a team player with a great attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. You'll also have a unique opportunity to grow within one of the Triangle's top-producing independent brokerages. Our Insider Sales Agents receive a base salary, as well as commission.

Important Qualifications:

  • Have an active North Carolina Brokers License and at least 1 year of active real estate experience
  • Have a desire to work co-dependently with BIC and Outside Sales Associates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (we love someone that's results-oriented and a high achiever!)
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Extremely strong phone skills and an ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated
  • Knowledge of Paragon MLS, Cary and surrounding areas, Google Calendar, and database management systems
  • Mastery of Google and Microsoft Office Suites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls, send emails, and hand-written notes to prospects for four hours a day
  • Following up and calling contacts from an internal database to keep track of and get listing appointments for the lead listing agent
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with lead prospects and database contacts through lead followup plan until appointments are set or prospects are disqualified
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client and lead databases (Top Producer or Dakno)
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Meet call quotas and follow up goals
